The Municipality of Pilar, in compliance to the provisions of RA 11315, convened <span><a tabindex=\"-1\"><\/a><\/span>a meeting of various stakeholders to introduce the technology, procedures, requirements and a score of other concerns to successfully conduct community\/household profiling in order to gather data that are relevant to the socio-economic development of the municipality. CAPELCO was represented by President Roxas Area Office Manager Jennel. V.
