The Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) is among the technology adopted by CAPELCO to effectively and efficiently manage its Substation and feeder lines operation. The system has been operational for Lawaan and Burgos substations and currently being installed at Panitan Substation. CAPELCO engineers, with technical training and oversight from the contractor Tekno Plus, was able to install all the <\/span><\/a><\/span>panels and have connected it to the fiber optic line laid out for the purpose. The system needs to be configured and by the time it will be completed, monitoring and management of the three substations shall be done remotely from the SCADA control room.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
