The conference was able to discuss findings and other procedural requirements in the liquidation of the funds used <span><a tabindex=\"-1\"><\/a><\/span>for rehabilitation of damaged lines.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">CAPELCO was represented by Acting General Manager Engr. Edgar D. Diaz and a score of personnel from the Finance Services Department (FSD), Technical Services Department (TSD), Institutional Development Support Services Department (IDSSD) and Internal Audit Division (IAD).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">NEA was represented by Engr. Mark Exequiel A. Ablen and Engr. Edison A.
