Engineers of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) paid CAPELCO Technical Services Department (TSD) a visit to discuss power grid scenario which is under their jurisdiction. As the grid operator, NGCP is in charge of operating and maintaining the balance of supply and demand of power to ensure the flow of reliable power supply. NGCP was able to relay the grid status and their <\/a><\/span>management plans to address recurring problems encountered by CAPELCO and other power distribution utilities in Region VI.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The meeting also enabled CAPELCO to raise specific concerns in Capiz that NGCP must look into and introduce solutions. CAPELCO also reiterated the availability of lot that it will provide for the proposed Capacitor Bank of NGCP at the back of CAPELCO\u2019s Lawaan Substation.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
