This was introduced to \u201cprovide necessary guidance in determining the financial and technical requirements\u201d of an electric <span class=\"html-span xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs\"><a tabindex=\"-1\"><\/a><\/span>cooperative (EC). This planning tool will also be used as basis in the preparation of EC\u2019s Annual Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) programs and projects, structural and\/or institutional development.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">CAPELCO, being a regulated Cooperative under NEA, is required to submits its eICPM including its Annual Work Plan and must undergo a \u201crigorous and interactive\u201d deliberations by NEA Technical Working Group before NEA\u2019s approval. The final copy of this eICPM is to be submitted to NEA within sixty (60) days after the conduct of the workshop in compliance with NEA Memorandum 2015-001 and consistent with the provision of Section 5 of Republic Act 10531.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">CAPELCO participants to the Workshop are IDSSD Manager Engr.
