From 1:32 AM to 4:17 AM<\/strong><\/h1>\n
Areas affected: Municipality of Ivisan and portion of the Municipalities of Panitan and Sigma<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Feeder 4 at Panitan Substation experienced multiple tripping early morning today due to what was later discovered as damaged suspension insulator. The time and the circumstances of these line tripping were as follows:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 1:32 AM to 1:32 AM \u2013 First tripping off due to unknown fault<\/div>\n
\u2022 1:33 AM to 2:12 AM \u2013 Second tripping off and where the disconnect switch at Barangay Ondoy, Ivisan was opened to isolate the fault. Feeder 4 was restored with the disconnect switch still open at Ondoy, Ivisan.<\/div>\n
\u2022 2:55 AM to 2:55 AM- Third tripping off upon testing<\/div>\n
\u2022 2:55 AM to 4:17 AM \u2013 Source of fault identified as damaged insulator at Parian-Mianay line section. The C8 jumper was opened at Barangay Parian, Sigma to isolate the fault and the load was transferred to Feeder 5R at Roxas City to temporarily power up the Municipality of Ivisan<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
