The virtual hearing being conducted by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) continues as it now holds the Pre-trial Conference and presentation of evidence relative to the application of CAPELCO for the approval of the Joint Application for the Emergency Power Purchase and Sale Agreement (EPPSA). While there is a much lesser crowd that participated, the objectives, procedures and technical concerns have been fully been tackled and addressed. ERC served as the Hearing Officer with Engr.
