CAPELCO Board Room, Tanque, Roxas City<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n

Key personnel of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) conducted an audit of how well CAPELCO is implementing the Distribution Services and Open Access Rule (DSOAR) consistent with the provisions of Republic Act No. 9136, otherwise known as the Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001. The audit consisted of field observation, document verification, interviews and an exit conference with selected officers of CAPELCO.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The audit produced a list of tangible and actionable agenda that CAPELCO needed to comply including the insights about pertinent policies that it must strictly follow. Acting General Manager Engr. Edgar D. Diaz appreciated the observations shared during the Exit Conference and committed that CAPELCO will endeavor to act on it.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

ERC personnel are Jocelyn S. Pante and Engr. Aedriel B. Rayos of the ERC Regulatory Operations Service \u2013 Inspection and Enforcement Division (ROS-IED). Board President Engr. Salvador A.
