\n
Moises M. Paligumba Jr. was re-elected on his 2nd term as CAPELCO Board of Director representing Cuartero and Dumarao (District IX). As a lone candidate, he garnered a total of 174 votes. He was proclaimed by the District Election Committee (DECOM) headed by Mr. Romy L. Bermudo as its Chairman and the selected public school teachers who comprised the Precinct Elections Committee (PECOM). The proclamation ceremonies was also confirmed by the BOD Committee on District Elections head by Dir. Engr. Slavador A. Asis- Chairman with members Dir. Roel Roque Martinez and Dir. Mitchelle John Patricio.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

After the proclamation, Dir. Paligumba took his Oath of Office administered by Hon. Denver Mayo of Barangay Bun-od, Cuartero, Capiz. Dir. Paligumba expressed his gratitude to all teachers of Cuartero and Dumarao Central School for their efforts in making the election successful.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Dir. Edmund Beluso, Dir. Gilbert Upod and Dir. Maricar Ojera also witnessed the ceremonies. Engr. Renato G. Jison, OIC- ISD Manager and Mr. Denver F.
