Capiz Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CAPELCO) joined the EC- NEA fun-run activity held on August 2, 2025 in celebration of the 16th NEAM (National Electrification Awareness Month) and NEA\u2019s 56th year, with the theme: \u201c\ud835\ude47\ud835\ude40\ud835\ude4f\u2019\ud835\ude4e \ud835\ude3d\ud835\ude4a\ud835\ude47\ud835\ude4f \ud835\ude44\ud835\ude49: \ud835\ude49\ud835\ude40\ud835\ude3c-\ud835\ude40\ud835\ude3e \ud835\ude4d\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude63 \ud835\ude5b\ud835\ude64\ud835\ude67 \ud835\ude56 \ud835\ude3e\ud835\ude56\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude5a!\u201d.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Employees and visitors of all ages came together to compete in the 1 km, 3 km, and 5 km runs. NEA Administrator Antonio Mariano Almeda thanked all participating electric cooperatives for their initiative and involvement, contributing to the event’s success.<\/div>\n
Engr. Edgar D. Diaz, Acting General Manager welcomed the participants and thanked them for the support on the said event.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Of the 3 featured categories, 150 participants competed for awards and medals.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
