In CAPELCO Boardroom, Burgos Street, Roxas City the Board of Directors and Management of Capiz Electric Cooperative, Inc. warmly welcomed Deputy Administrator for Electric Cooperative Management Services (ECMS) of the National Electrification Administration (NEA) on a simple ceremony for the installation of Engr. Edgar D. Diaz as Acting General Manager. This is in the wake of his retirement from service after turning 65 years old yesterday, December 3, 2023.
The appointment shall serve as CAPELCO’s Acting General Manager to ensure the continuity of CAPELCO’s operation until his successor have been chosen through a rigorous selection process.
