CAPELCO District Vi Director Gilbert G. Upod, together with CAPELCO technical personnel, facilitated the meeting with the Punong Barangays and other officials of the Municipality of Dao to discuss important concerns that relates to the ongoing widespread power interruption. This is an annual activity required for a Director to conduct Information Education Campaign (IEC) in their area to inform, consult and generate list of actionable complaints from the member-consumer-owners (MCOs) residing in their districts.
Director Upod campaigned for the enlistment of eligible beneficiaries for the Lifeliner Discount Act for 4Ps and non-4Ps applicants, apprised the barangay officials of important programs of CAPELCO and consulted them with their concerns to CAPELCO that is hoped to be acted upon in the coming months.
