The conduct of Monthly Meeting with Departments and Area Offices is a common practice of Acting General Manager Engr. Edgar D. Diaz. This is a time where all employees are informed about the status of CAPELCOโs operation and their corresponding targets in the coming month. It is an opportune time to discuss policies, operational plans, department/area offices targets and other equally important issues, information and issuances of its regulatory agencies that has an impact into the services being provided by CAPELCO to its member-consumer-owners (MCOs).
As a departure to the customary conduct of the monthly meeting, managers, officers and selected rank and file employees were given the time to express their message and their hopes for the year 2024. The employees having birthdays for the month of January were also given due recognition.
