Annually or upon request of BAPA Officials and members, CAPELCO conducts strengthening activities to ensure that the concerns of BAPA members are addressed by the association. CAPELCO personnel attends their meetings or organize meetings for them to answer queries relative to the technical, institutional and financial areas of their operation. This is also a way to promote transparency and accountability and to apprise BAPA members of recent policies issued governing BAPA Operation,
The meeting at Barangay Cayus, Pilar was held to reorganize the BAPA since its previous BAPA Chairman has resigned from the post. They selected a new set of officers and turned over the documents and other records to the incoming officials.
