The Barangay Power Association (BAPA) meeting at Consolacion, Dumalag has achieved a two-fold objectives – to resolves issues and concerns that the area office and the BAPA members have and Director Manuel F. Farenas was able to conduct an Information, Education Campaign (IEC) required from directors to conduct in their district.
The continuing dialogue between the area offices and the BAPA officers and members are effective strategy to ensure that the BAPA operation becomes more transparent, efficient and revenue-generating. This is being done annually or upon request of the BAPA or area offices.
In his part, Director Manuel F. Farenas was able to reach out to the member-consumer-owners (MCOs) in the district that he represents and kept them apprise of the status of CAPELCO’s operation in general. He also was able to relay to them his advocacies to help promote, improve and streamline CAPELCO’s operation.
