3. Replacement of rotten pole (mano-mano) and rehabilitation of kilowatt hour meter at Barangay Lonoy, Sapian.
4. Upgrading of transformer from 25 KVA to 37.5 KVA to address problems of low voltage at Barangay Lonoy, Sapian
