4. Replacement of rotten cross arm at Barangay Malapad Cogon, Sigma (.C2 structure converted to C8)
5. Replacement of rotten pole at Barangay Malapad Cogon, Sigma (C4 Structure)
6. Relocation of 3-phase line at Barangay Parian, Sigma
7. Line clearing from Poblacion Sigma to Mianay blade disconnect switch
