Consistent with the festival’s theme #HIDLAWPANAY, DALI NA, MAGKINASADYA KITA, CAPELCO Powerband wowed the crowd in their rendition of popular songs to the delight of their audience. Thousands of people converged at Calle Revolucion which is the Second Oldest Street in the Philippines in the event dubbed as RavEVOLUCION: Panay Music Festival.
The invitation was made by Mayor Vicente VIC Bermejo through Former Mayor Dante B. Bermejo who is currently the Vice President of CAPELCO’s Board of Director. Former Mayor Dante B. Bermejo who is also a performer, pioneered rock festivals in Panay during his incumbency with the multi-year staging of ROCK SA PANAY.
