The recent issuances of various regulatory agencies in the energy sector necessitated the need to update CAPELCO’s procedures, enhance its parameters and evolve a comprehensive improvement plan to meet the required compliances.
The conference was convened to study current practices, develop new parameters, enhance data gathering, evolve new forms and develop plans to effect results of the study that are not only compliant with the established requirements of the Philippine Grid Code but also useful for CAPELCO’s need in the preparation of its Distribution Development Plan. This is needed to meet the growing demand for consumers’ expansion and increases of load.
