The Board of Directors of CAPELCO are reaching out to the member-consumer-owners (MCOs) of the respective districts to update them of the status of operation of the Cooperative. On April 17, 2024, Director Moises M. Paligumba Jr. who represents met with the Barangay Officials of the Municipality of Dumarao and he was able to discuss with them matters that are of importance in terms of the services of CAPELCO. He brought with him presents taken from the Cooperative Development Program (CDP) as a gesture of gratitude to the support of the different barangays of Dumarao.
Director Paligumba expresses his gratitude to Hon Remuel M. Dario, Liga Federation President of Dumarao and to all Punong Barangays and other barangay officials who were present during the meeting.
