Jagnaya BAPA did it again! This Barangay Power Association has consistently demonstrated that exemplary leadership and dynamic membership are the formula to achieve success for any community-based association. Jagnaya BAPA is a success story and a best practice model for BAPA operation not only in Capiz but nationwide.
CAPELCO extended its congratulations not only for their conduct of their Annual General Membership Assembly but also for their successful BAPA operation through the years. It was explained that CAPELCO no longer need to share concepts of effective organization since those elements are already present in their BAPA. Rather, CAPELCO just hoped that they will sustain their initiatives and to achieve more success in the future. CAPELCO admired the dynamism of their BAPA which is reflective of its forward-looking leadership, active participation of its members and its transparent and accountable operation.
Jagnaya BAPA Annual General Membership Assembly is perhaps one of its kind because this is also serving as a microcosm of the AGMA conducted by CAPELCO in its entire franchise area. This is an opportunity for BAPA members to be updated of its financial, technical and institutional operation and to earn prizes during the raffle.
