We are experiencing a lot of challenges but we are doing our best to solve them. It is just a question of working together so that we can address real and felt complaints of our member-consumer-owners (MCOs). This is the core of the message of Acting General Manager Engr. Edgar D. Diaz during the staff meeting which he presided. The meeting was able to thresh out countless of administrative concerns.
AGM Diaz announced the energization of the 15 MVA power transformer at Dao substation which to a certain degree will address the issues of low voltage. The energization of the transformer will at least minimum require 36 hours and necessitates that power will be properly apportioned between the Municipality of Cuartero and Dumarao and the Dumalag and Tapaz alternately. The Technical Services Department was given the responsibility of preparing the schedule of the rotational brownout so that it can be properly coordinated and properly implemented.
