The secondary power cables and the 69KV post insulators are being installed. The activity is now being watched by NGCP represented by Engr. Cyril Aguilar who will also stay at the site to monitor the progress of the work, the results of the testing and the energization procedure.
Joining the CAPELCO team is Director Engr. Edmund Beluso who was formerly CAPELCOโs Technical Services Department (TSD) Manager. The team of CAPELCO engineers is headed by the current TSD Manager Engr. Don D. Baticados. NLB Enterprises General Manager Napoleon L. Beltran who is the contractor of the project is also present at the site.
We are close to the end of the works and we again appeal for the patience and understanding of our member-consumer-owners (MCOs) of the Municipalities of Cuartero, Dumarao, Dumalag and Tapaz.
