The meeting treshed out the emerging problems brought about by the sudden change of weather where widespread power service interruption is being experienced in different areas in Capiz. Tapaz and Dumarao in particular, are areas where power interruption is frequently experience and mostly because of toppled trees and vegetations. To address this issue, in-house clearing crews and line clearing contractor is being mobilized to concentrate in these areas and a full team of maintenance personnel will be assigned to handle line troubleshooting. It was also announced that the rate for June has decreased because of the drop in the power bills resulting to a reduction in the generation charges component of the bills.
