4. Insertion of intermediate pole at Barangay Agtambi, Dao
5. Replacement of rotten and toppled pole at Sitio Proper, Barangay Duyoc, Dao
6. Relocation of 2 units of rotten poles at Barangay Burias, Mambusao (done during the scheduled power interruption
7. Rehabilitation of lines from duplex wire #6 to duplex wire #2 (mano-mano) and 3 units of poles at Purok 7, Barangay San Nicolas, Pilar
