“Be part of the solution, not part of the problem.”
This is the central message of Acting General Manager (AGM) Engr. Edgar D. Diaz during the one-day Enhancing Personal and Professional Development Workshop for CAPELCO selected officers conducted as part of its continuing capacity building initiatives for its employees. The workshop is part of the Technical Resources Integration and Comprehensive Knowledge Support (TRICKS) Program designed to build the technical competence of CAPELCO’s personnel while ensuring that customer relation and satisfaction are integrated in the process. AGM Diaz also shared insights in leadership which to him become his guiding principles as he manages CAPELCO in over two decades now.
On his part BOD President Engr. Salvador A. Asis congratulated the participants for having completed the workshop. He shared with them that the benefits that they can get from the experience is something that could help them discharge their duties and responsibilities. IDSSD Manager Engr. Jovencio A. Villagracia appreciated their participation and he hoped that not only did they enjoy the workshop but also learned something that they can use not only in their professional but also in their personal lives.
The workshop was organized and facilitated by Mr. Rey T. Cordenillo, MSD Supervisor with secretariat support from Mrs. Delfa Jison, Human Resource Section Head.
