To foster a sense of gratitude CAPELCO employees celebrated a Thanksgiving Mass that reminded them to be grateful for their jobs, colleagues, and the opportunities they have. It provides an opportunity for employees to come together as a community and unite in prayer.
After the Mass celebration, CAPELCO conducted a regular AGM’s monthly meeting with the employees at Roxas City Office. AGM Engr. Edgar D. Diaz, presented updates on various aspects of the operation, such as Financial ,Institutional & Technical performances, Targets for the upcoming month, salient reminders to employees and appreciation to birthday celebrators of the month.
Part of the meeting, was the Message of Gratitude delivered by Engr. Jovencio ” Boss Boy” A. Villagracia, the outgoing Institutional Development Support Services Department Manager who will retire this September.
Meanwhile, Ms. Kirstin L. Devera acknowledged as the Teller of the Month for her exemplary working attitude in catering paying MCOs and Mr. Jose Ramon Santos, awarded as Honest Employee in returning a wallet with valuable items found at CAPELCO premises.
