Reason: Emergency tripping off of NGCP Transformer 2 at NGCP Panitan Substation
and NGCP 69kV Transmission line supplying power to President Roxas Substation. Details of the circumstances surrounding the incident is currently under investigation and power restoration is being worked out.
Areas affected: Municipalities of Pilar, President Roxas, Maayon, Panay, portion of Panitan and Pontevedra and Barangays of Adlawan, Liong, Loctugan, Bago and Olotayan, Roxas City.
