CAPELCO’s FIRST FRIDAY MASS AND AGM’s 10TH MONTHLY MEETING

The traditional holding of the first Friday mass is designed to build a sense of community and unity within the Cooperative as it brings together employees as a community and united in prayer. This foster’s sense of camaraderie and strengthen bonds among colleagues and a reflection of company’s values, their faith and find comfort, support, and guidance within their work environment. The Mass was officiated by Rev. Fr. Ray Bernard Martinez and attended by CAPELCO employees, Management and Board of Director.
Acting General Manager, Engr. Edgar D. Diaz, also hosted his AGM’s Monthly Meeting which apprised the organization of the status of Cooperative’s operation in the previous month. Apart from the measurable accomplishments from the previous month, he also presented the targets lined up for the upcoming month focusing on Collection, System Loss and other programs and projects. He also shared memorandums, snapshot of employee’s performances among others which apprised everyone on the salient points of the policies being implemented. The word of the day was “PEAK” defined as the overall productivity of the organization and the individual, a certain time during the Cooperative’s operation and that everyone is expected to help one another during these times to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
A special citation was presented to MSD Supervisor Mr. Rey T. Cordenillo for serving as Resource Person during the conduct of Enhancing Personal and Professional Development: A Comprehensive Capability Program for Coop Employees participated by its middle-level managers and officers. Mr. Arnel Detablan was also acknowledged during the Meeting as the Meter Reader of the Month. The traditional celebration and well-wished for the month’s birthday celebrants concluded the activity.
