The observance and the celebration of the First Friday Mass is already being institutionalized with Rev. Fr. Cornelio Delfin once again officiated. The regular monthly meeting of Acting General Manager Engr. Edgar D. Diaz also followed which served as a time to apprise everyone on the operation of CAPELCO.
Certificate of Recognition was given for the best Driver of the month and the December Birthday celebrants were acknowledged and presented with gifts and well-wishes.
