Affected: CAPELCO (Pres. Roxas SS and Timpas Transformer # 2)

Reason: Outage of the Panitan-Sara 69kV Line at 6:23PM was due to insulator failure at Brgy. Tincupon, Panitan, Capiz. Rootcause for further investigation.
