CAPELCO Mambusao Area Office (MAO), led by Engr. Marlon A. Balbuena, MAO Area Manager, conducted a productive Barangay Power Association (BAPA) meeting in Lapaz, Jamindan, Capiz, streamlining collection procedures and addressing pertinent concerns.
The Barangay Power Association (BAPA) serves as CAPELCO’s grassroots extension, voluntarily providing essential services including meter reading, billing and payment collection enhancing convenience for our member-consumer owners.
