Director Gilbert G. Upod, representing District VI- Dao and Sigma, spearheaded the Community Development Program (CDP) initiative in the municipalities of Dao and Sigma, a key component of CAPELCO’s ongoing CDP efforts. This program aimed to foster community growth and empowerment.
Dir. Upod’s CDP initiative benefited 20 barangays of Dao and selected barangays, schools, and chapels in Sigma received essential items like electric fans and flashlights, demonstrating CAPELCO’s commitment to community development.
Director Upod’s principle, “Ang Inyo kubos nga alagad, ang ordinayo nga mamumugon kag Inyo sulugu-on Padayon nga magaalagad sa inyo,” resonated deeply with the community, emphasizing his dedication to serve the Member Consumer- Owners.
