The monthly First Friday Mass celebration for the month of February 2025, led by Rev. Fr. Cornelio Delfin. This deeply ingrained tradition is an integral part of CAPELCO’s culture, seeking divine guidance and protection in its endeavors. Recognizing the risks inherent in its employees’ work, CAPELCO turns to prayer to ensure their safety and inspiration as they strive to deliver exceptional service to its member-consumer-owners.
On the other hand, Acting General Manager Engr. Edgar D. Diaz convened the second monthly meeting for this year, reviewing CAPELCO’s key performance indicators from the previous month with employees. This regular gathering, held across all area offices, promotes open communication, allowing staff to discuss concerns, set targets, and stay updated on recent advisories to enhance CAPELCO’s operations and services.
Mrs. Lydia P. Abella Vito, outgoing internal auditor was given the chance to speak at the front to express her gratitude of being in the institution for 39 years. She was applauded by her fellow employees and congratulated by Engr. Edgar D. Diaz, Acting General Manager and Engr. Renato Jison, OIC- ISD Manager .
A highlight of the meeting was the special recognition of employees celebrating their birthdays in February.
