CAPELCO HOLDS FIRST FRIDAY MASS AND MONTHLY MEETING FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH

CAPELCO kicked off the month of March with its traditional First Friday Mass celebration, led by Rev. Fr. Ray Bernard Martinez. The mass, held at the CAPELCO Roxas City office attended by employees who sought divine guidance and protection for the cooperative’s endeavors.
Recognizing the risks inherent in their work, CAPELCO turns to prayer to ensure the safety and inspiration of its employees as they strive to deliver exceptional service to its member-consumer- owners.
Following the mass, Acting General Manager Engr. Edgar D. Diaz together with the Management & Staff ,Roxas City Area Office employees and other rank and file employees convened the third monthly meeting for this year, reviewing CAPELCO’s key performance indicators from the previous month.
The meeting held not only in Roxas City Office but across all area offices, promoting open communication among staff, set targets, review policies and stay updated on recent advisories to enhance CAPELCO’s operations and services.
The meeting also highlighted the special recognition of employees celebrating their birthdays this month.
With its commitment to its employees and member-consumer-owners, CAPELCO continues to strive for excellence in its operations and services.
