Virtual Hearing was successfully conducted at the CAPELCO Panitan Area Office

Yesterday, a virtual hearing was successfully conducted at the CAPELCO Panitan Area Office in Brgy. Timpas, Panitan, Capiz, starting at 9:30 a.m.
The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) led the hearing, focusing on determining compliance with jurisdictional requirements on the matter of the joint application for the Power Supply Agreement (PSA) between CAPELCO and Sual Power Inc. (SPI).
Member Consumer Owners (MCOs) attended the virtual hearing, which was deliberated by ERC commissioners. CAPELCO was represented by Engr. Greg Belo, CAPELCO’s Apprehension and Investigation Supervisor in charge of Power Supply Agreements.
To ensure transparency, notices and pertinent information about this activity were announced through CAPELCO Hour radio blocktime programs and posted on provincial, city, and municipal bulletin boards, informing MCOs about the ongoing application and complying with procedural requirements.
Another virtual hearing is scheduled on March 25, 2025 for the Pre Trial Conference and Presentation of Evidence
