Capiz Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CAPELCO) took part in the Department of Energy (DOE) Visayas Field Office -Consumer Connect Seminar with the theme “Empowering Energy Consumers with Proper Information to Make Better Choices”.
Mr. Denver A. Albao, CPA, and OIC Membership Service Division Supervisor, represented CAPELCO as a resource speaker, discussing the fundamental rights and obligations of residential electricity member-consumer owners together with Mr. Jose Augie Abao, Education and Coop Promotion Section Head, talked about the requirements and Charges for Net Metering Program.
This seminar aims to educate consumers on making informed decisions about their choices, aligning with CAPELCO’s commitment to empowering its member-consumers owners.
