CAPELCO Leaders Shine at 24th IEEE Western Visayas Regional Conference

CAPELCO made a significant impact at the 24th Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (IIEE) Western Visayas Regional Conference, held on April 26, 2024 at MVW Hotel, Roxas City.

Engr. Edgar Diaz, CAPELCO Acting General Manager, was invited as the keynote speaker for the event’s closing program. He welcomed delegates, ensured the program’s smooth execution, and congratulated everyone who contributed to its success.

Engr. Marlon Balbuena, Area Manager of CAPELCO Mambusao Area Office, demonstrated his leadership as the IIEE Governor in the Western Visayas Region. Other notable CAPELCO representatives included Engr. Don Baticados, CAPELCO Technical Services Department Manager, who served as adviser and committee chairman, alongside Engr. Clark Alaro, Engr. Clark Ongchua, and Mr. Kean Lean Amoroso, RME.

Additional CAPELCO engineers attended, including Engr. Glycel Silvestre, Engr. Queenstant Diane Banico, Engr. Charmaine Barroa, and Engr. Kurt Pomperada.
