The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) led the hearing for CAPELCO

A virtual hearing was successfully conducted at the CAPELCO Panitan Area Office in Brgy. Timpas, Panitan, Capiz held on April 30, 2025.
The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) led the hearing, focusing on the Application for Confirmation and Approval of Calculations of Over or Under-Recoveries in the Implementation of Automatic Cost Adjustments and True-Up Mechanisms for the Period 2021 to 2023, Pursuant to ERC Resolution No. 16, Series of 2009 as Amended by Resolution No. 21, Series of 2010, ERC Resolution 23, Series of 2010, ERC Resolution No. 02, Series of 2021 & ERC Resolution No. 14 Series of 2022
Member Consumer Owners (MCOs) attended the virtual hearing, which was deliberated by ERC commissioners. CAPELCO was represented by Mrs. Barbie A. Durana, CPA, Staff Assistant.
