CAPELCO Holds Regular AGM’s Meeting & Thanksgiving Mass for the Month of July

The Capiz Electric Cooperative (CAPELCO) recently convened its regular monthly meeting at the CAPELCO Roxas City Office Building. Led by Acting General Manager Engr. Edgar D. Diaz, the meeting was attended by all employees from the Roxas City Area Office and other department offices.

During the meeting, several topics were addressed, including the current collection efficiency and set targets for the next month and emphasizing the importance of achieving these goals. The team discussed the frequency of payments through online channels, focusing on improving convenience and efficiency for members. The technical concerns were addressed and strategies to minimize power tripping and interruptions. The percentage of system loss for the month was presented. The Key Performance Standard (KPS) parameters were reviewed to ensure CAPELCO meets its goals and objectives. The meeting also covered new memorandums and recognized employees who celebrated their birthdays during the month, showing a sense of community and appreciation.

Prior to the meeting, Rev. Fr. Edcel Delfin officiated the monthly mass celebration, providing a spiritual reflection and blessing for the team. This regular practice demonstrates CAPELCO’s commitment to the well-being of its employees.
