Dir. (Engr.) Villaracia Discusses Rights and Privileges of New MCOs from Ivisan, Capiz

Dir. Engr. Jovencio A. Villaracia addressed new Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) during a Pre-Membership Orientation Seminar (PMOS), highlighting their rights and privileges as part of the electric cooperative.
He emphasized the importance of active participation, access to services, and cooperative benefits. The seminar aimed to ensure that incoming members are well-informed and engaged in their roles within the cooperative.
Dir. Villagracia also offered calling cards with hotline numbers of essential agencies as well as the maintenance hotline number of CAPELCO for fast response in case of emergencies.
