New Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) in Dumalag, Capiz were formally oriented on the application process, their rights and obligations, and the benefits of being part of the electric cooperative.
Dir. Manuel Farenas led the session, emphasizing the importance of active participation in cooperative affairs, timely payments, and responsible electricity use. He also highlighted the services available to MCOs and how they can access them. To support the discussion, Dir. Farenas distributed leaflets containing CAPELCO contact information and other IEC materials to ensure members are well-informed and engaged.
