Roxas South Director Engages Barangays for Ground-Level Feedback

Dir. (Engr.) Edmund D. Beluso, CAPELCO Board Director for Roxas City South, conducted a series of face-to-face consultations with Barangay leaders to gather pressing concerns and identify areas needing policy reform.
These meetings are part of an annual mandate for all CAPELCO board members, ensuring they stay connected with the realities on the ground. By directly hearing from the communities they represent, CAPELCO directors like Dir. Beluso are better equipped to push for responsive action and meaningful changes within the cooperative.
