The Information Education and Communication (IEC) campaign being conducted by Engr. Edmund D. Beluso, Board of Director for Roxas City South, continues as he visited yet another 5 barangays in his district. This is part of his compliance to the required conduct of IEC in his district and an effective venue for Directors to gather valuable insights and input for possible policy reforms that they can introduce to better serve the member-consumer-owners (MCOs) of CAPELCO.
