CAPELCO celebrated the First Friday Mass officiated by Rev. Fr. Rey Villanoy which will become a monthly celebration for the year 2024. CAPELCO has always been considered the holy mass as part of its culture and tradition as it implores divine providence in all its undertaking considering that most of the works of CAPELCO employee entails risk. This is CAPELCOโ€™s way of seeking divine protection and inspiration as it endeavors to serve its member-consumer-owners (MCOs).
