Area Managers of CAPELCO participated in the National Electrification Administration – Electric Cooperative Training Institute (NETI) held at Diversion 21 Hotel, Iloilo City. The objectives of the 3-day course is to capacitate area managers to effectively manage area offices assigned to them. CAPELCO participants are Engr. Marlon A. Balbuena (Mambusao Area Office), Mr. Limwel D. Limjuco (Panitan Area Office, Ms. Jennel V. Javellana (President Roxas Area Office) and Mr. Dennis D. Figueroa (Dumalag Area Office).
