The Seminar was conducted by the Electric Cooperative Association of Region VI (ECAR VI) in partnership with the Philippine Association of Technical Managers of Electric Cooperative (PHILATMEC) โ Region VI and facilitated by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). The seminar intends to introduce updates, recent policy issuances as well as the mandatory compliances of grid operators and distribution utilities in Region VI. It is envisioned that all practitioners in the field must be able to comply with the standard parameter as well as the rules and regulations involved in monitoring compliances of agencies directly involved with distribution and transmission using the grid.
