CAPELCO PARTICIPATED IN THE MEETING FOR COMMUNITY-BASED MONITORING SYSTEM

The Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) as provided for under Republic Act 11315 is a tool designed to collect, analyze and verify information at the community level in order to prepare plans, budget and implementation strategy to achieve local development. The Municipality of Pilar, in compliance to the provisions of RA 11315, convened a meeting of various stakeholders to introduce the technology, procedures, requirements and a score of other concerns to successfully conduct community/household profiling in order to gather data that are relevant to the socio-economic development of the municipality. CAPELCO was represented by President Roxas Area Office Manager Jennel. V. Javellana.
