JPA SIGNING WITH PVDCI FOR THE USE OF ELECTRIC POLES

June 10, 2024, Monday

A Joint Pole Agreement was signed today between CAPELCO and Pontevedra Peoples Multi-Purpose Cooperative relating to the use of poles to attach their cables to expand their internet services operation. CAPELCO is represented by Acting General Manager Engr. Edgar D. Diaz while PVDCI is represented by its General Manager Mrs. Rowena B Dela Cruz.
The JPA covers a variety of provisions governing installation of attachments, safety regulations and clearances and maintenance as well as other miscellaneous provisions governing relocation of poles or retirement of poles among others.
