CAPELCO employees once again gathered for a Monthly Thanksgiving Mass and regular AGM’s meeting as one of the company’s best practices. Such activities like thanksgiving mass encourages appreciation for blessings, successes of every employee and the company as a whole.
Aside from the support to employees’ spiritual growth and well-being, CAPELCO conducted this month’s regular AGM’s Meeting headed by the CAPELCO Acting General Manager – Engr. Edgar D. Diaz.
The said activity keeps everyone informed about company performance, goals, and challenges. Gives opportunities to address issues and concerns and provides feedback and recognition.
